Terms of Service

By using Headless Fly ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Headless Fly provides Reddit scheduling and analytics tools via a web application and browser extension. We do not guarantee any specific results from using our tools.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate Reddit's terms of service or content policy
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day Pro trial. No credit card is required. After the trial, your account reverts to the Free tier unless you subscribe.

6. Browser Extension

The browser extension is provided as-is. It interacts with Reddit's website to pre-fill post submission forms. Reddit may change their website at any time, which could affect extension functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to Reddit account suspensions, missed posts, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the profile settings page.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
